What is your processing time?

Our current processing time is 2-3 business days. If you need your order sooner we will try our best to accommodate you. Processing time is separate from shipping time. This excludes weekends and holidays.

How long does shipping take?

We use USPS for shipping so you can expect to receive your order around 5-7 days after order has shipped. This time frame can be extended if USPS has delays. 

How does local pick up work?

Local pick up is in Arlington, Texas. When selecting this option please leave the preferred date and time for pickup and a good contact number or email. Processing  time is 2-3 days If you need your order sooner we will try our best to accommodate you. When your order is ready you will receive an email or text to confirm pick up date/time. Pick ups are Mon-Sun. This excludes holidays.

I am local, do you deliver?

We do offer local delivery for orders over $20 within a certain radius. A delivery fee will apply based on your address. Deliveries are made Saturday and Sunday. If you need it sooner we suggest switching to local pick up or shipping. This excludes holidays.

My pick up/delivery time doesn't work for me, can I change it?

If the date/time selected does not work for you, please reach out to us via email, text or the chat function on our page so we may arrange another date/time for you. 

I need a larger order, do you take custom orders for events?

We do offer customizable Party Platters for local pick up or delivery only at this time. For large events needing more than two platters please reach out to us by text, email or the chat feature for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us first. Due to items being handmade we do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time. We are not responsible for packages lost/damaged/melted while in transit. Please reach out to USPS to file a claim as soon as possible.
